In a significant development, I have been appointed to Harris County Commissioner Court’s LGBTQIA+ commission. This commission aims to advance the queer community’s rights and well-being in Harris County, with a focus on inclusivity and representation. Through my long-standing advocacy work, I aim to contribute to creating a more welcoming and supportive community for LGBTQIA+ individuals, safeguarding their rights and dignity in the face of ongoing challenges.
